WHAT TO EXPECT

In therapy, I will meet you where you are at and will help you feel seen, heard, safe, and valued. Working collaboratively, you and I will create lasting change by learning how to be vulnerable, brave, and curious as we navigate the bumps in the road together. You will always be the navigator in this journey but trust that I will guide you along the way and create a safe space for you to land.

Some things take time, including building a trusting relationship with your therapist. Be kind to yourself and treat your journey to happiness, self-discovery, and self-awareness with patience and care. I will help you every step along the way and be your advocate and supporter. Let’s explore who you were, who you are, and who you want to grow to be.

 
 
 

PAYMENTS & INSURANCE

Currently, a new client consult is absolutely free and only 15 minutes. For additional pricing, see below.

You are able to pay cash, credit card, or through Venmo. I require a card on file in the event of a no-show or late cancellation, and you may opt to be charged automatically at the end of each session.

I do not accept insurance (other than Lyra), but I am able to provide you with a superbill after every session. A superbill is essentially a receipt you submit to your insurance company. If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, the insurance company will decide if you are eligible for reimbursement.


Cancellation policy

Please be sure to cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full fee. A no-show will also result in being charged the full amount of your appointment.
